Angelica Panganiban is a Filipino-American actress, model and TV host as well as a comedian. Panganiban was dubbed as the queen of Drama across numerous media. Her versatility and her experience as an actor is well appreciated. Angelica Hale suffered from double pneumonia in 2012. She was just 4 years old at the time. The reason for her sickness was an aggressive strain of strep bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston gave her ECMO which is a lifesaving treatment. She suffered from various organ malfunctions, which included failing kidneys. The rest of her life was a new routine of hemodialysis and peritoneal dilution. After spending 80 consecutive days in the hospital, from the point of death to a long journey to recovery she finally got home, however her life was forever changed. Angelica had been being on dialysis for the past year and a half before finally being able to undergo the biggest procedure of her existence, a kidney transplant. The donor kidney would come from only her mother. Angelica Hale and her mother had an organ transplantation procedure at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta as well as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston on September 13th 2013. Angelica Hale, a young teenager from Atlanta, who always wanted to be an actress and singer she is still working toward that goal.
